As our Community Mixers have come to life, we’ve discovered we have topics that deserve more immersive time and depth. This was the catalyst for our miniseries workshops to come to life! In a multi-day setting, we set the stage for useful tools and takeaways that apply to themes oriented around a Life Well Lived. At each workshop miniseries, My Lively strives to build a vibrant, evolving community where well-being is not taught but rather explored through conversations, lived wisdom and collective growth.
